Yoga Sculpt is a full body workout. The class is build with basic Yoga postures and free weights. If you are ready to sweat with high intense workouts like squats, push-ups, bicep curls and more, this class is perfect for you. You will power yourself out to energizing music and build lean muscle mass.

What to Bring: Yoga mat (mats are provided if needed), Towel, Bottle of Water. Weights will be provided.

Yoga experience a plus

Poweryoga

This class is focused to build strength, balance and stretching. Our breath (Ujjayi) helps to flow through the different Yoga Poses (Asanas). This healthy workout is intended to strengthen your whole body and soak up all the benefits Yoga has to offer.

What to Bring: Yoga mat (mats are provided if needed), Towel, Bottle of Water.

Back to the basics of Power Yoga. This class is great to build your foundation, strength and balance for Yoga. It focuses on a breath to movement sequencing and has plenty of time to stretch and recharge your batteries.

What to Bring: Yoga mat (mats are provided if needed), Towel, Bottle of Water.

Beginner Friendly

Every Child is groovy and unique. In Childrens Yoga we offer a fun environment to help connect to movement and yoga. There is no right or wrong. In Childrens Yoga we practice Yoga Poses without any pressure.

Current classes: Saturdays 10:00-11:00am, started 19th of October

new classes starting next year: January 11th 2020

There is two groups, age 3-6 and age 7-12. We are opening new classes, contact us for more information or if you would like to try out a class.
